RIBA competition for Firoz Lalji Global Hub (35 Lincoln’s Inn Fields) set to be ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳'s first net zero carbon building
The design and civic qualities of the new building will enhance both local and international perceptions of ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, and transform the identity of the south side of Lincoln’s Inn Fields, one of London’s oldest and most emblematic landscaped squares, while respecting and complementing the historic context of many of the neighbouring buildings and public realm.
The competition jury panel includes: Ricky Burdett, Director, ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Cities; Minouche Shafik, Director and President, ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳; Julian Robinson, Director of Estates, ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳; Josie Stephens, ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Students’ Union General Secretary; and Firoz Lalji – a Ugandan-born former ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ student and IT entrepreneur.
