From the escalating climate crisis to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, increasing nationalism, surging inflation and worsening inequality, our world seems to be descending into chaos.

Gordon Brown, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, and his co-authors, renowned economist Mohamed El-Erian and Nobel laureate Michael Spence, have pooled their decades of experience at the forefront of global political, business and thought leadership to develop a bold new plan to prevent crises and manage the future for the benefit of the many and not the few. Join us to hear more about their new book, Permacrisis: a plan to fix a fractured world.

Gordon Brown () has served as the Prime Minister of United Kingdom from 2007 to 2010. He is currently the United Nations Special Envoy for Global Education and, since September 2021, he has also served as WHO Ambassador for Global Health Financing.
