Suzanne Heywood is COO of Exor, one of the largest holding companies in Europe and chairs CNHi, Iveco Group and Shang Xia and is on the board of The Economist and Louboutin. In addition to Wavewalker Suzanne has written a bestselling biography of her late husband, Jeremy Heywood, who worked for several different UK Prime Ministers. What Does Jeremy Think? tells that story (and used to be a frequent question in Whitehall).
Grace Lordan () is the author of Think Big, the Director of The Inclusion Initiative and an Associate Professor at the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. Grace is an economist, and is an expert on the determinants of individual success, labour markets and skills, the future of work and creating inclusive leaders. Her research is focused on measuring the benefits of inclusion within and across firms, as well as designing interventions that level the playing field for under-represented talent within firms. advisory board.
