We were saddened to learn of the death of Andrew Marshall Carr (BSc Economics 1979) on 1 June 2020 at his home in Sydney, Australia.
Andy, who was 63, is survived by his wife Ruth, and three children. In the years since graduating from ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, Andy had stayed connected with his peers – and had joined friends for an informal online Zoom reunion just the week before his death. Most of his working life – indeed right to the end – was in ship-broking, and that community will be poorer for his passing.
