Martin is a Project Manager and Researcher at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Consulting, where he contributes to research design, business development, and project management across a wide range of policy and socioeconomic topics.
He has extensive experience in consulting and research, with a primary focus on housing policies, urban economics, and public administration. Over the course of nine years, he has worked in academia, public administration, and as an independent consultant, serving a wide range of clients in the public, private, and third sectors.
Martin holds a Master of Public Administration from ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ and a BA in Industrial Civil Engineering from Universidad Catolica de Chile. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
