New Faculty
The Department of Finance is pleased to welcome Dr Moqi Xu as a member of its full time faculty for the 2011/12 academic session.
Dr Moqi Xu joins the Department as new permanent faculty. Her specialization and interests lie within the fields of Corporate Financial Policy and Cost accounting. She obtained her PhD from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
Visiting Faculty
In addition to the newly recruited faculty member the Department would also like to welcome two visiting academic faculty during the 2011/12 academic year.
Dr Daniel Paravisini visits the Department from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business where he is the Associate Professor of Business. Daniel has taught Corporate Finance (graduate – MBA) at Columbia University GSB, Microeconomics (undergraduate) at MIT and Microeconomics (graduate – MBA) at IESA (Venezuela).
Dr Peter Kondor is a Lecturer for Global Financial Markets (MA) at the Central European University, Hungary. Previously he has been Lecturer for Investments (MA) and Lecturer for Financial Economics (PhD) at Central European University and Lecturer for Investments (MBA) at the University of Chicago.
