Kenddrick Chan is Head of the Digital IR in the Information Age project and Research Associate at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ IDEAS. His research areas include the intersection of technology and international relations. He has authored several reports and papers pertaining to the digital aspects of international relations. He has also spoken on various panels at high profile events such as the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP) and represented ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ IDEAS as a delegate during India's G20 presidency.
He holds an MSc in International Relations (with Distinction) from the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. He also holds an BSc in International Relations and a Diploma in Information Technology.
He is also a Senior Policy Analyst (Geopolitics) at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and was a 2022-2023 Fellow at the Portulans Institute.
