About me

Marta has worked at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ IDEAS, full-time and part-time, since 2015 and has contributed to a number of research and managerial roles since.

Marta is the co-founder and manager of the Women in Diplomacy Project . Marta also manages the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ IDEAS Alumni Network..

In her most recent role, Marta advised on and delivered complex research, policy analysis, and evaluation projects in social inclusion and fundamental rights. Marta's experience spans various sectors, including think tanks, public sector consulting, communications, philanthropy, and charity (focused on women’s rights, refugee rights, and good governance).

Marta holds a BSc in Social Anthropology from the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, and was selected for the first ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳-UC Berkeley exchange. Marta is currently reading Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
