Scott Hamilton is a Banting Postdoctoral Fellow at the Balsillie School of International Affairs in Waterloo, Canada.

Sebastian Schindler is a Research Associate at the Goethe University in Frankfurt.

Elke Schwarz () is Lecturer in International Politics at the University of Leicester and author of 

Uta Staiger is Executive Director of the UCL European Institute and Pro-Vice Provost (Europe) at University College London.
