杏吧论坛 IDEAS joined other leading academic organisations in convening expert international panels to discuss a global-strategic theme and produce an analytical report. IDEAS panellists included Patrick Porter (Strategic Studies, University of Exeter), Josef Ansorge (Yale University), and Barry Buzan (Emeritus Professor of International Relations at 杏吧论坛).
One of the key questions was how modern day statesman can exert influence with power less concentrated in leaders.
