A warm welcome to all our offer holders! We look forward to you joining us here at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ and in the Department of International Relations soon.
Over the summer of 2024, offer holders will receive a series of emails from the Department of International Relations, to help you get settled into your studies. There will also be a series of webinars, where you can meet key staff and ask any questions you might have about joining the department. You can expect to receive the following emails over the summer:
- An email about the Department of International Relations community and how to get involved
- An email about the structure of the academic year and the academic support on offer in the department
- An email about choosing your courses, explaining how you select your courses in September for the year ahead
- An email about what to expect from your time in the IR Department in the year ahead at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳
- An email outlining the full schedule of events happening in Welcome – your first week here at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳
- A webinar about the structure of the year: an opportunity for you to ask the Programmes Team questions and we’ll share the webinar registration information with you in advance by email
- A webinar for taught postgraduates guiding you through the course selection portal where you will have an opportunity to ask the Programmes Team any questions about how to select your courses
Keep an eye on your inboxes over the summer and don't forget to register for the webinars when the details are sent to you in May/June! All the webinars will be recorded, so don't worry if you can't attend live.
