Pedro Pereira de Morais Pacheco is a PhD candidate in Law at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. His current research focuses on developing theoretical tools to assist judges to adjudicate fundamental rights when the existing knowledge about relevant premises is defective. Prior to his PhD, Pedro worked as a lawyer in Brazil.

Pedro has completed a LLM (distinction) at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, a master’s in public policy and management at FGV-EAESP, and his LLB at University of São Paulo, having spent a semester as an exchange student at Leiden University.
