Isaac is a Research Officer at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Health. He holds an M.Sc. in Global Health Policy from the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. He has a clinical background, having obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with a subspecialty in Pediatrics. He trained in pediatric emergency medicine and intensive care in the United States. He has also worked in the humanitarian sector, focusing on health initiatives for migrants and refugees at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Prior to joining the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, he worked for the International Rescue Committee as Staff Health Liaison, where he supported the implementation of COVID-19 guidelines and protocols across the US and Europe.
He is a Chevening Scholar, a Mexican Delegate to the British Council and a One Young World Ambassador.
His research interests include strengthening and resilience in health systems, health policy evaluation, and the socioeconomic burden of chronic diseases.
