Here's what staff had to say about working at the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Department of Management:
Working at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ provides opportunities for individuals to develop themselves. I've enjoyed working here for almost 11 years and I've seen the department change and grow, with collaboration and innovation at the heart of the work we do. Once new starters have passed their probationary period, they gain access to an extensive internal training programme. We encourage individuals to regularly review their learning and development needs with their line manager and we facilitate external development, mentorship, conferences, secondments and shadowing, to help support your current role and provide career progression for the future.
Nenna Opara, Head of Faculty Affairs, Staffing and Development
One reason why I really enjoy working in the Department of Management is that it's a social department. With as many professional staff as we have, there are always new people to meet and get to know. Our regular community days really help bring the teams together, and the atmosphere is always happy and bright when everyone is in.
