New rankings place ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ as one of the best in the country for research quality and graduate prospects
The London School of Economics and Political Science (ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳) has been ranked among the top universities in the UK for research quality and graduate prospects.
The rankings, published by the for 2019, also rated ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ and for the seventh year running.
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ placed second in the country for ahead of the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge and King’s College London.
The classification uses data from the 2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF) to develop an average score based on the standard of research conducted.
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ was also ranked fourth in the country for , up one place from last year.
Deriving data from the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), prospects are determined by measuring the employability of an institution’s first degree graduates.
