Caleb is a PhD Candidate in the Organisational Behaviour Faculty Group in the Department of Management at the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳.
Caleb holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour with Distinction from the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Journalism with Honors from the University of Missouri.
Caleb’s research focuses on three main areas: leaders; emotions; and technology, data, and analytics. He is interested in how and why leaders respond emotionally to analytics and data, as well as how individuals express emotions through technology-based modalities. He further investigates the emotions and well-being of narcissistic leaders, how leaders can best support autistic employees, and how leaders foster innovation within their teams.
Caleb has worked in data and people analytics for multiple companies, ranging from start-up to Fortune 100 across various industries and countries. Most recently, he launched a People Analytics function at a burgeoning education tech start-up. He also worked as an adjunct faculty for an MBA program in the U.S., teaching Organizational Behavior and Marketing Management, as well as developing curricula for data analytics courses.
He has received various academic awards, including the Mizzou Alumni Association Graduate of the Last Decade (GOLD) Award and Outstanding Management MBA Award.
