About me

Prior to joining ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, Margaret graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s of science in Psychology and Philosophy. At CMU, Margaret played NCAA Division One lacrosse and was a Centralis Scholarship Recipient. She later went on to complete a Master’s of Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign. 

Margaret's research interests focus on the wider spillover effects of employment relations. She is also interested in examining the employment conditions under which prosocial behavior arises.
