While students will be assigned a dissertation supervisor, the supervisor will only provide guidance as needed – students are expected to take the lead and demonstrate their ability to conduct independent research. Students can also apply for a Links project and, if accepted, will conduct research on an HR question posed by the Links sponsor. More information about Links projects will be provided in class.

Teaching

Lectures in AT will explain dissertation requirements and expectations.  Lectures in WT will introduce students to quantitative and qualitative research methods.
