Travel to campus
Walk 13 minutes across the river (Millennium Bridge) to bus stop SJ (St Pauls Cathedral) and take bus 11, 15, 26 or 76 to The Royal Courts of Justice (6 minutes, 5 stops). From here it is a 2-minute walk to campus. Alternatively, walk to campus in 27 minutes,  .

What's the difference between 'standard' and 'basic' rooms?

Standard rooms have recently been refurbished and have more modern decor and furniture. Basic rooms are priced slightly lower than their 'standard' equivalent, but the general facilities will be similar.

Booking shared rooms
To share a room, all students must be attending the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Summer School. Each student needs to complete the booking process separately. If you would like us to allocate you with another student(s), all students must book the same room type, in the same hall, for the same dates.

To enable us to match roommates, both students must list each other as their preferred roommate at the time of booking. Please note that any roommate requests must be made at least 1 week prior to arrival.

Facilities and services

Breakfast and cooking facilities

Breakfast is included in the fees and served in the ground floor restaurant from 7am to 10am every day. Please note that between 15 and 22 June (Preparatory English for Session One), breakfast will be served on ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Campus at a slightly later time and Monday to Friday only. Details will be confirmed before your arrival. 

Kitchens are locked each evening from 11pm and reopen at 6am the next day.

Laundry service

There is a laundry facility at Bankside House. More information about the laundry service and current prices can be seen .

Reception times and luggage storage

Check-in and check-out

Check in from 3pm on the day of arrival (4pm if arriving on 16 June).
Check out by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Reception opening hours

Reception is open from 7am to 11pm daily (security guards at desk overnight).

Luggage storage

Available for check-in and check-out. No overnight luggage storage.

How to make a booking

Book online using your ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Summer School username and password 

You will receive those from the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Summer School Office. You'll need to log in with your ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Summer School username and password to make a booking. Once you have those, we recommend you book your accommodation straight away. 

Booking shared rooms

To share a room, all students must be attending the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Summer School. Each student needs to complete the booking process separately. If you would like us to allocate you with another student(s), all students must book the same room type, in the same hall, for the same dates.

To enable us to match roommates, both students must list each other as their preferred roommate at the time of booking. Please note that any roommate requests must be made at least 1 week prior to arrival. 

Booking Prep English course accommodation

Our dedicated hall for Preparatory English course accommodation is Bankside House. Bankside House is only available for Prep English courses. That means that you will need to move from Bankside House to the hall that you've booked for the main session when the main session starts. All halls are in Central London, so you won't have to travel far.

Cancellations

The quickest way to submit a cancellation request is to use the 'Cancel' option online from within your ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Accommodation Account. If you are not able to do this, please use our online contact form below to submit your cancellation request. Please note we only accept online cancellations via our contact form or online cancellation requests submitted within the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ Accommodation portal. Cancellation of your study programme does not automatically mean that your accommodation is cancelled.
