The website and are the quickest way to receive answers to any questions you may have. Please explore the site before contacting us. If your question cannot be answered by reference to the online resources, you can submit an email enquiry using the Knowledge Base - at the bottom of any Knowledge Base article, you can select whether the article has helped you. If it has not helped you, click No, and you will be offered some further assistance. You may be offered further answers within the Knowledge Base, but if your query is still unanswered, click "I still need help". You will then be able to submit an email query (using an online form) or access other services, such as Live chat, where appropriate.
We have a telephone triage service, which can direct you to answers on the website and across other resources. The telephone triage operators can provide general guidance, and direct you to other teams across the school where appropriate. If you require specific advice relating to your application, you will need to send us a query via the Knowledgebase, use the specific option in the GAP, or use our Zoom or Livechat services. If you are contacting us to chase up a response or an email (such as your CAS) please check your spam/junk folder first. You can access the triage service during our core hours of 10:00am to 4:00pm on +44 (0) 2079557160.
We answer all queries in the order they are received. Please check our current processing times and do not repeat your query. We will respond as quickly as we can.
If you wish to make changes to your application (including contact details) or to inform us of a decision (such as wishing to defer your offer), then you should use the forms on the Graduate Applicant Portal.
