To be eligible for consideration for this award you must meet the following criteria:
- Have an offer of admission for a one-year taught master's programme in any subject.
- Nationals of Burma, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam.
