What is it like to study international history at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳?

Our history degrees focus on modern international history, with courses spanning the fifteenth to the twenty-first century. Students will study courses addressing the economic, social and cultural developments within and between states and examine the functioning of international systems. Our programmes teach students how to critically analyse source material and present findings, skills that are used to complete a final year dissertation. The Department allow students to select from a wide range of optional courses, covering domestic and international history themes or regions, 20th century comparative literature as well as outside options.
