PhD Supervisor:
Cecily is a PhD student in the Department of Psychological and Behavioural Science and is also a Visiting Research Fellow in Behavioural Science at . At TII she contributes to the Future of Work and Inclusive Leaders Hubs.
Cecily’s research focus is on the impact of interpersonal skills and personality on labour market outcomes. She focuses on the role of skills in the future of work and on the role of personality for labour market rewards. She is further developing a scale that measures what makes an individual inclusive of others. Her background is in economics and philosophy.
Cecily has worked in economic consulting for two years prior to joining ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ for a PhD in Behavioural Science. She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc from ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳.
