About me

I am an Associate Professor in Political Behaviour in the Department of Government. I study political campaigns using randomized field experiments that I conduct with partner organisations, such as political parties and other campaign organisations. My research aim is to identify the causal effects of formal and informal interactions between citizens, politicians and campaign workers on electoral mobilization, opinion change and political activism. I am particularly interested in social mobilisation and persuasion between co-partisans and supporters of opposing parties or causes. Throughout my research, I apply experimental and quasi-experimental methods for causal inference.
