The programme aims to contribute to the changing public discourse on private sector engagement in sustainable development, peacebuilding and implementation of the HDP nexus through advocating and explicating a human security approach. Drawing on academic networks and thought leadership from UN agencies, this programme seeks to provide a combination of evidence, knowledge exchange and sustained engagement with business, governments and the UN system to bring about practice change based on a human security approach, and meet the growing need for integrated multi-stakeholder responses to complex challenges.
