About me

Hayley Morton is Head of Partnerships at The Inclusion Initiative (TII) at The London School of Economics & Political Sciences (ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳), where she helps firms across financial services, tech and broader industries to connect with the behavioural science research conducted by TII. These partnerships create inclusive work cultures that value diverse voices, respect talent, and drive business outcomes.

Hayley is a financial services leader of 13 years and is passionate about being and inspiring inclusive leaders of the future. She is driven by her purpose to be a force for good for people, the planet and with profit.

Through her unique combination of being both a Mathematician and a Creative, Hayley has spent over a decade fostering an inclusive culture within S&P Global (formally Markit and IHS Markit prior to the largest announced merger of 2020). Her inclusion work sits alongside her roles within Derivative Valuations, leading teams in EMEA, responsible for business development and customer facing operations, delivering data and valuations to the buyside financial services community.

Within her former role, Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at S&P Global, Hayley was responsible for over 150 external DEI partnerships, post-merger integration of over 600 leaders in the employee networks, leading the expansion of strategic initiatives in EMEA, and creating and delivering a global initiative to drive belonging across 35,000 employees at S&P Global.

Hayley has also lead, moderated and spoken in panel discussions and round tables across a variety of topics related to derivative valuations, financial services, buyside, investors, regulation, the “S” in ESG, corporate social responsibility, inclusion, belonging, and diversity.

Outside of work, you can find Hayley at home on the stage, where she has danced at The London 2012 Olympics, The Peacock Theatre, Millfield Theatre to name a few. She has performed in pantomimes, musicals, and was a dancer for Jessie J, Tinie Tempah, Taio Cruz, Fatboy Slim, as well as appearing in a short film “The Bell Never Rings Again”. Her upcoming show “Divas Through The Decades” is at The Spotlight.

Hayley’s other very important roles include Mother, Daughter, Wife and Friend, and looks forward to creating more connections.
