From accepting your offer to arriving at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ 

Congratulations on receiving an offer to study at the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ European Institute! This page offers a guide to the steps you need to take from the moment you get your offer to enroling on campus. 

Reply to your offer on the Graduate Applicant Portal (GAP)

Once your offer is processed, the offer reply form will become available on the Graduate Applicant Portal (GAP). Submit this form to let us know whether you intend to accept your offer or not. The form will ask for the following: 

  • Indicate your acceptance of the offer
  • Inform us if you are disabled or have specific learning needs
  • Provide your passport number (non-EU/EEA nationals)
  • Provide a photograph for your student card
  • Indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions of registration

Deadline: ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ requests that you submit the form within six weeks of receiving your offer. If you’re unsure, wait until you are certain. Your offer will not be lost if you don’t respond within six weeks. Responding as soon as possible will help us to plan for your arrival and ensure a smooth enrolment process. 

Apply for Graduate Financial Support

There is a range of financial support available to assist graduate students studying at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳. You can find a list of options – including the Graduate Support Scheme (GSS), programme-related funding (if applicable), country-based awards, and external funding options – on the Fees and Funding page.

Complete your Financial Undertaking Form 

Once you know how you will fund your degree, you need to complete a financial undertaking form to formally declare that you have the resources to study at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ for the coming year.

If your fees are being paid by an organisation other than ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳, please give full details and obtain the signature of the responsible person.

You will also be asked to outline a personal payment plan (PPP) indicating the number, dates and size of instalments you intend to pay. The Fees, Income and Credit Control Office publish information regarding fee payments and payment plan instalment dates, you can access this information here.

 You should submit the financial undertaking form on the GAP before 31 July.

Provide required documentation to Graduate Admissions 

Your offer letter and the GAP will state which documents the Graduate Admissions team needs to confirm your offer.

Please read the guidance on ‘confirming your offer of admission’ carefully to ensure that you submit everything correctly.

When should I submit documents?

Submit your documents as soon as possible so that Graduate Admissions can confirm your offer as unconditional.

You must demonstrate that you have fulfilled your conditions before you can register. You may bring the proof that you have met your condition with you to registration, but please be aware that if there is any query, you will not be permitted to complete your registration until the query has been resolved. It is, therefore, advisable to submit all your documents ahead of the registration period, ideally no later than 1 September.

How should I submit documents?

Full guidance is available on the ‘confirming your offer of admission’ page. Documents should be submitted electronically wherever possible. 

Only submit the documents that Graduate Admissions has requested. Adding extra documents could delay the processing of your application. Please do not send any documents to the European Institute because they must be processed centrally.

I submitted my documents but they have not been processed yet. Should I be worried?

Documents are processed in the order that they are received. During the months of May to August, Graduate Admissions receive a huge volume of documentation, so you may need to be patient while your documents are in the queue. You can track the status of any documents you have submitted on the Graduate Applicant Portal.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my documents?

Please contact the Graduate Admissions Team. In the first instance, check the to see if the answer to your question is there. If you need further assistance, you can submit a query to the Graduate Admissions Team via the Knowledge Base. Avoid submitting multiple queries because it will create a backlog and slow down response times.

Apply for a visa (if applicable)

Enrolment

Enrolment at ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ is a two-stage process: online pre-enrolment and campus enrolment. You must complete both stages before you can attend any classes.

Invitations to pre-enrol are emailed on a rolling basis from late August. Pre-enrolment will activate your ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ IT account.

Plan for your arrival

You may find it useful to read the information on our ‘Prepare to Study’ and ‘Course Selection’ pages prior to your arrival so that you know what to expect.

ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳’s induction week is known as Welcome. During this week, you’ll be introduced to your teachers and fellow classmates, learn about your programmes, and enrol. Compulsory Welcome events will begin from Monday 22 September 2025. Plan to arrive at least the day before. Check out our Welcome page for the schedule, which will be published in mid-August 2025. 

Register with an NHS doctor 

As soon as you arrive in London, you should register with a GP. Do not wait until you are unwell. You can find your nearest GP by using the . You may be asked to provide proof that you are a student when registering with a GP. Once you’re are fully enrolled you can generate a  from the Student Services Centre.
